What an amazing trip! I have always wanted to go to Ireland and knew because of my hips and arthritis that wasn’t going to be possible. This scooter allowed it to happen!
First: I am 54 and have a swelling of the hips hereditary issue, so walking very far hurts and I can’t walk more than from one room to the next before sitting down. If you are elderly and have balance issues, it may not be right for you, but a more comfortable seat is a start to more comfort and balance. Any bike seat works and I plan to buy one with more equal proportions and comfort. The seat included is very uncomfortable for long distances.
I rode this all over London, and Ireland! As the pictures show, I went up steeps hills of a castle, through an open market for 2 hours, and saw stone henge! It was a dream.
Along the way, many stopped to take pictures of the name and type, and said they were going to buy one. They asked several questions about it and were so excited to buy one so if sales go up, it was me!! Haha.
No problems on the planes overseas or here in the states (delta) it was marked as a handicapped device and was waiting for me just outside the plane door as well as dropped off when I exited the plan so I could ride it up the ramp.

I required a mobility device while recovering from major femur/hip surgery. I rented a traditional mobility scooter and I was not happy with it - it was bulky, heavy and plus I wanted something with some use after I recover. I noticed this item and thought I’d take a chance. I am so glad I did. I am 5’8” 240 lbs and feel completely stable under all three speeds and reverse. It takes a couple of minutes to get the balance down (it feels like it is pulling to one side when not balanced). I walk/jog my German Shepherd with it now with no problems at all! I did order a wider padded seat with a low backrest and that works perfectly with it. Also - the cust serv is great - they answered all of my questions within 24 hours and the scooter was delivered 2 days after I ordered.

Charges quickly. Travel speed is about 3 times walking speed. It's best to use it on flat syrfaces.

- Small and folds up nice
- Sharp looking scooter. I couldn't see myself riding any of the other scooters
- multiple speeds allow you to select the proper max speed for your current situation
- the folding handle bar is easy to use and is secure
- adjustable spring for the seat
- pretty fast, maybe too fast when fully charged
- short turning radius. Works well in an office cubical environment

Very mobile. Plan on answering a lot of questions wherever you go. Very quick with speed choices 1-3. At level 3 feels like a helmet and knee/elbow pads would be appropriate. Need to have balancing abilities. The seat is comfy but I put hased and installed a X-Wing wider seat with rear taillight. I am 5'10" 200lbs. There is a sequence to collapsing and opening the trike and if not followed it will do neither at least in my experience. It is small, light, charges quickly, holds charge well and fits in trunk or takes up 1 passenger seat in vehicle. I have completed upgrades to my trike by adding a 2nd and 3rd handle bars. They both house rechargeable batteries with USB ports to be used as power banks and to mount accessories. Ive installed a 4.3"HD monitor and 1080P rear camera that works as my eyes for any possible rear hazards, Cell phone holder, a cup holder, headlights x2, rechargeable power supply with USB outlets for charging phones lights etc, rear taillight w/turn signals automated brake lights and laser guides that shine down each side of trike as if on a landing strip w/wireless remote, 120db 6 variable sound siren/horn w/corded remote, front turn signals and warning light with Audible notification w/wireless remote. Security system with remote. When the trike is folded up the little clip that supposed to keep it folded doesn't hold so I'm installing a locking hasp which is also another security deterrent.

I got it for a trip to hawaii because I cant be on my feet too long and I knew there would be lots of walking. Easy flight on AAirlines. The scooter folds easily but omes a loose each time making it easy for the airline luggage guys to break it..or think its a toy…i saw a few try to play on it during transit as i watched out the window!!!
I got tons and tons of compliments on the scooter. It was like something they had not seen before as a mobility device! They loved it! I totally enjoyed the trike!

This worked wonderful on our 7 day cruise. The battery was never an issue. I was able to move around very well and did not have any issues with clearance. I am looking forward to taking this to Disney next month.

I’ve had the pleasure of two,of these. I feel like a spokesperson for the brand! I have osteoporosis and need to get my dog walked even when I can not walk far currently on my own. I use it on errands, pulling the shopping cart behind me. This is an incredible little machine.
However the battery does not come off. If the battery were detachable airplane use would be easier.
I was stopped at the gate and they kept the Topmate until my return.
The new one is larger, weighs more, has three tires to take care of....it helps when you buy it, take it down to the bike shop and have them slime the inside of the inner tubes to prevent holes.
I’ve loaned it out, but it doesn’t come back in exactly the same shape sooooooo, learned that lesson.
All in all, if you want one for fun, or need one like I do, it’s a remarkable buy!
I have one now for my cabin and one for my home.

Love the way it rides. Easy to fold and store. Lots of fun! I grocery shop for small purchases with it too! Now if it could stop the rain, it would be perfect.
