Question: Will this be 100% dry underneath when raining?
Answer: Yes

Question: Does screening zipper or Velcro shut?
Answer: Our screen of louvered perogla have zippers for connecting each other. In addition, we also have velcro shut to stabilize the screen around the poles.

Question: Does the roof leak after a while under the rain
Answer: We've had it for 6 months and so far, if the roof is properly closed we've been inside of it during rain and no leaking. If it's pouring heavily it will leak but from the channels that make the gutter system, but it was heavy rain.

Question: What color is it?
Answer: The color of the frame of our Louvered pergola is dark brown.

Question: Can I hang a light from ceiling?
Answer: I attached hooks to the top of the pergola to add lights.
