Are the “power heads” actually powered or are they driven by the suction of the vacuum itself?
Answer:
Yes, the power head has its own powered motor, and led lighting. BTW, I love this Tineco. In many ways, better than a Dysan because it’s much less expensive, and the replaceable batteries are fantastic.

Question:
Where is the long crevice tool? I just received this and one of the most important tools is missing.
Answer:
I hope you kept the box because it IS there. The way the boxes are designed hides it really well. I was 5 mins away from contacting the company thinking it was missing. I removed ALL the boxes and it is so light, but there it was, hidden inside a box compartment.

Question:
Is it okay to leave the vacuum constantly plugged in even if both batteries are fully charged?
Answer:
Yes. I leave mine in the charging bracket all the time when not in use.
